Spa facilities are available at Pontypool Active Living Centre for the enjoyment of Fitness Suite Members and 'Pay as you Go' Health Suite customers alike.
A place to Relax
Spa facilities are a great way to relax, de-stress and soothe tired or overworked muscles.
Our Health Suite provides access to a Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi along with relaxation space for those customers looking to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere.
Facilities and Booking
Access to the Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna is included FREE when using the Gym and to anyone with a Membership. You can also use the Health Suite on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Please note that all of our Health Suite sessions are mixed-gender.
You can book your session up to 8 days in advance, by calling our Bookings Team on 01633 627100, using our Mobile App or the online booking system.
When booking a session in the Health Suite, please be mindful of our terms and conditions: Bookings T's & C's
All customers must abide by the centres operational guidelines. Only Customers over 16 years of age are able to access these facilities.
