Spa facilities are available at both Cwmbran Stadium and Pontypool Active Living Centre for the enjoyment of Fitness Suite Members and 'Pay as you Go' Health Suite customers alike.
Please note that due to the current pandemic, our Health Suites are currently closed.
We are awaiting further guidance on when we can re-open these facilities, so please keep your eyes peeled for news!

Both Centre's provide access to a Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi along with relaxation space for those customers looking to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere.
Spa Facilities are a great way to relax, de-stress and sooth tired or overworked muscles.Only Customers over 16 years of age are able to access these facilities.
Access to the Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna is included FREE when using the Gyms or available for casual use as required.
All customers must must abide by the centres operational guidelines.
Please ask about discounts for people Over 60 or on low income.
