An extensive range of group exercise classes are on offer in Torfaen Leisure Trust facilities, from the widely acclaimed 'Zumba' programme - to the fast, fun, energising workout of Group Cycle!
Our instructors are qualified to deliver a safe and effective workout to everyone. Group exercise classes are social and fun. A great way to meet new friends.
Please Note - We recommend that you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during our classes. If you are attending Yoga, Pilates or PoundFit please bring your own Mats as these are not provided. All classes using equipment will be sanitised after every use.

Due to the strict numbers for inside activities, we will try and move some of the classes outside (weather dependent), to be able to accommodate more of our members. We will post on our social media on the day and also send out a message via our mobile app if we have moved the class.

Access to our classes are available by a 'Pay as you Go' system or included in Fitness Membership packages at Cwmbran Stadium and Pontypool Active Living Centre.
Some classes are also suitable for children (usually advertised during the school term holidays) and there are also classes specifically aimed at older adults who require a more gentle exercise regime.
If in doubt ask at your nearest Centre for advice about classes most suited to you.
