Andy Robinson

Head of Leisure

Andy joined TLT in early 2022 to continue his career development and gain experience in a more strategic role.

Andy's current role is Head of Leisure.

After starting his first role in leisure as a Gym Assistant he moved on to become a Gym Manager at his local Leisure Centre where he was promoted to Assistant Manager, Centre Manager and then to overseeing two Centres.

He has been fortunate enough to work with some very talented people. You never know when the next opportunity will present itself to you and equally, you never know who may be watching you and be impressed with how you work.

Andy's passions include his family and a number of sports, especially Newcastle United.

He has always enjoyed sport and physical activity and these interests led towards a degree in Sports Science from the University of Portsmouth.

Andy looks forward to continuing to learn more about TLT and how he can impact the development and growth of the organisation in the future.

Eleanor Roberts

General Manager

Hi, I’m Eleanor, the new General Manager here at TLT. Before taking on the role as General Manager I was the previous Wellbeing Manager looking after all things health and fitness. My background is in Sport Science and Leadership in Sport.

I am a Torfaen resident and I have very fond memories as a child playing netball at Pontypool Active Living Centre. It was there I developed my passion for sport which helped me achieve one of my dreams, representing Wales at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

I get excited when I see how sport, fitness and exercise positively impact the well-being of our members, and that is one of the reasons I am so proud to be a TLT colleague.

Natalie Scarrott

Head of Service

Natalie Scarrott is our Head of Service and joined the Trust in May 2022.

She is responsible for setting the standards and processes to ensure that excellent customer service is always delivered within Torfaen Leisure Trust.

Natalie has over 25 years’ experience in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys training and mentoring others to help them realise their potential. Having spent 15 years working for a Leisure Trust in South Gloucestershire, it has become more of a lifestyle than a job.

Natalie is a Black Belt in Tae-kwon-do and whilst no longer participating in the sport, she has since become an avid gym user, with a focus of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Her passion is travel and the destination of choice is South Africa. When not planning her next adventure or watching the Springboks play, you will find Natalie in the cinema!
